ClipDetective is operated by Xyvron Enterprises, LLC (“ClipDetective”, “we”, “us”). This agreement covers your participation in our closed beta test. By clicking “I agree” you accept these terms.
Access to a pre-release version of ClipDetective, by invitation only, at no charge. The beta is not open to the public and registration is closed. Your access is personal to you — don’t share your account or your invitation with anyone else.
We may change, suspend, or end the beta, and we may revoke your access, at any time and without notice. Nothing here promises continued access, future pricing, or that any feature you see will exist in the released product.
While the beta is closed, please don’t publicly share what you see. That includes screenshots, recordings, feature descriptions, your results, performance or error observations, and anything we tell you about our plans or roadmap.
You’re welcome to discuss it privately with us. You’re also free to talk about anything that is already public, that you knew before we showed you, that you work out independently without using what we’ve shown you, or that you’re legally required to disclose — tell us first if you can.
This obligation ends when ClipDetective launches publicly, or two years from the date you accept this agreement, whichever comes first.
Please also don’t use what you learn in the beta to build or help someone else build a competing product.
Tell us everything — bugs, confusion, things that felt wrong, features you wish existed. Anything you send us we may use freely, without restriction, attribution, or payment. We’re not obligated to act on any of it, and your feedback isn’t treated as your confidential information.
If you send us something you consider proprietary, say so before you send it, and we’ll tell you whether we can accept it.
The beta is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. Expect bugs, downtime, missing features, and results that may be incomplete or wrong. We make no promise of uptime, support response, or data durability.
ClipDetective reports measured comparative facts about videos and channels. It does not predict performance and does not guarantee any outcome for your channel. Don’t make decisions you can’t afford to be wrong about on the basis of beta output.
If you connect your YouTube account, you’re granting read-only access under the two scopes shown on Google’s consent screen. We can’t post, edit, or delete anything on your channel. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your information and is part of this agreement.
You can disconnect your channel or delete your account at any time from your account page.
Because this is a test environment, treat your beta data as impermanent. We may reset, migrate, or delete beta data at the end of the test period. Don’t upload anything you don’t have another copy of, and don’t upload material you don’t have the right to use.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the beta. Since the beta is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
If you decline these terms, you keep full control of what happens next. We’ll ask you one question: do you want your account and everything in it deleted? If you say yes, we delete it — your account, your stored analyses and reports, any synced YouTube Studio metrics, and any feedback you submitted — immediately and permanently, and we ask Google to revoke our access token and delete our copy, so we can’t reach your channel again — and if that token has already expired, it was already useless. You’ll see a confirmation when it’s done. This cannot be undone.
Your data is removed from our live systems straight away. Backups of our storage are kept on a rolling basis for six days and overwrite themselves; we never restore a deleted account from one. We also take the occasional one-off backup before maintenance, and delete it once it’s no longer needed.
If you’d rather keep the account without accepting, you can do that too. It simply stays inactive: you won’t be able to use ClipDetective’s features, and you can come back and accept later, or ask us to delete it whenever you like.
If you accept and later change your mind, nothing is locked in. Delete your account from your account page at any time, disconnect your YouTube channel without deleting the rest, or export your data first — all three are self-serve and none of them require asking us. You can also revoke our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops any further access immediately.
We can end your participation at any time, for any reason. Sections 2, 3, 4 and 6 survive the end of the beta.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. It is the entire agreement between us about the beta and replaces anything discussed beforehand. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; if we do, we’ll ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the beta.

The Privacy Policy describes what data ClipDetective accesses and stores; the Terms of Service govern use of the service. This agreement is in addition to both.
