By accessing and using ClipDetective ("ClipDetective", "the service", "we", "us") at https://clipdetective.studio, operated by Xyvron Enterprises, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ClipDetective.
ClipDetective is a closed beta service, invite-only. Access is granted by invitation only, and may be revoked, paused, or ended at any time without advance notice. Your access to ClipDetective is a temporary privilege, not a right. Beta participation is additionally governed by the Beta Test Agreement you accept in the app. During the beta, the service, its features, availability, and pricing may change or disappear at any time. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility or migrate your data if the service changes or closes.
ClipDetective analyzes YouTube videos and channels — public metadata, thumbnails and comments, plus your own private YouTube Studio metrics if you connect them — to help creators understand their content and how it compares to others in their niche. Transcript, speaking-pace, cut-density and audio analysis run only on a media file you supply yourself; ClipDetective does not download transcripts, captions, video or audio from YouTube. Analysis is measurement and rule-based scoring, including machine-learning models (such as speech recognition) that run entirely on our own servers — ClipDetective does not use generative AI and does not send your content to any third-party model provider. All analysis results are informational only and are provided on an as-is basis. Results are not guarantees of video performance, audience growth, or any particular outcome. Your creative, publishing, and business decisions are yours alone, and we are not responsible for the consequences of actions you take based on ClipDetective's analysis.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You agree to:
You retain all ownership of your YouTube channel, videos, and content. By using ClipDetective, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, retrieve, and process your channel information and public YouTube data (and, if you connect with Google OAuth, your private Studio analytics) solely to provide analysis and comparison features to you.

ClipDetective and all of its software, features, interfaces, and content are owned by Xyvron Enterprises, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No license or ownership rights are granted to you beyond the limited right to use ClipDetective as provided under these terms. You may not use ClipDetective's name, logo, or branding without permission.
ClipDetective is beta software and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, bug-free, or accurate. The service may have downtime, may display incorrect results, may analyze videos incorrectly, or may misinterpret data. We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xyvron Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of ClipDetective, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
As a creator, you are solely responsible for your own content decisions, video strategy, and any outcomes that result from your publishing choices. ClipDetective is a tool for analysis and comparison; it is not a guarantee of success or performance.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to ClipDetective at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, especially during the beta period. You may stop using ClipDetective at any time by discontinuing access to your account. Upon termination, your right to use ClipDetective ends immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of ClipDetective following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using ClipDetective.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to ClipDetective shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Washington State.
